HI, I'M JAIME!

I come into personal growth and relationship coaching with a background and passion for helping people.

I lived decades of my life feeling insecure, not good enough, and always compared myself to everyone around me. I dwelled on what was wrong, focused on my mistakes in the past, and worried about the future. Needless to say, I was riddled with anxiety that felt paralyzing.

After my ex-husband was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and left our 13-year marriage, I was devastated. My two young boys were struggling, and I knew that it was up to me to provide them with the support and love that they so desperately deserved, regardless of my own personal pain.

I believed that if I wasn’t okay, then they weren’t going to be okay either, so off I went on my inner journey towards self-healing and awareness.

I finally followed my heart in 2018, when I became a certified life coach. I got my Certified Leadership Coaching certificate in life coaching in addition to completing levels 1 & 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy through the esteemed Gottman Institute.

Coaching individuals to become their personal bests is a passion for me. I have been blessed with an opportunity to connect and guide my clients through the exact steps that I took to create my most abundant and joy-filled life.
